For Professionals

Tax planning that fits the plan you’ve already built.

For financial advisors, wealth managers, CPAs, CFOs, attorneys, and insurance professionals whose clients need a proactive tax advisor. I work alongside you, inside your plan, without stepping into your role.

What your clients get

A tax advisor who plans ahead and keeps your work in mind, so tax decisions support the strategy you’ve built.

Planning, year-round.

Two planning meetings and a year-end projection each year, so tax moves happen before December 31, while they still count.

A direct line.

Your clients reach me directly and usually hear back well before the next business day. So do you, once they’ve given consent.

Returns done carefully.

I prepare every return myself and put it through an in-depth quality review, so the numbers your plan relies on are right.

Working together

How I work alongside you

Simple and low-maintenance on your end. Your client stays at the center, and you stay informed.

  1. Your client books a call.

A free discovery call to talk through their situation and goals, and whether we’re a good fit.

  2. They sign a consent form.

A written Section 7216 consent disclosure that names you, so I can share their tax information with you securely.

  3. I bring tax into the plan.

Projections before your planning meetings, numbers on the decisions you’re advising on, and a seat at the table when tax comes up.

  4. I keep you informed.

If something on the tax side affects your plan, like a large gain or a change in estimated payments, you’ll hear about it. Your client never has to carry messages between us.

Clear lanes

I stay in my lane so you can stay in yours. Your clients get tax expertise without anyone second-guessing the work you do.

What I do

  • Tax planning, projections, and strategy
  • Individual, business, trust, and estate returns
  • Running the numbers on decisions you’re advising on
  • Joining client meetings when tax is on the agenda
  • Representation before the IRS, state, and local agencies

What I don’t do

  • Investment advice or managing assets
  • Legal advice or drafting documents
  • Selling insurance or financial products
  • Bill you for working with your client
  • Pay or accept referral fees
  • Promise referrals in return

Tax return information is protected under Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code. Before I share anything with you, your client signs a written consent that names you and spells out what can be shared.

The consent form is ready to go, and your client can sign it in a couple of minutes through my secure client portal. From there, documents and projections move only through the portal or other encrypted channels.

FAQ

Questions from professionals

Do you pay or accept referral fees?

No. I don’t pay or accept referral fees of any kind. If you introduce a client, the only thing exchanged is good work for that client.

Will you ever bill me?

No. I never charge the professional. Your client works with me directly, signs their own engagement letter, and pays me directly.

Will you send referrals back to me?

I can’t promise that. Many of my clients already have advisors they’re happy with. My goal is simple: to be a great tax advisor for your clients. Working together creates no obligation on either side.

Will you compete with me for my client?

No. I don’t manage investments, practice law, or sell insurance or financial products. I focus on tax. When a decision falls in your area, I’ll defer to you and make sure the tax side supports what you recommend.

How do you share information with me?

Only after your client signs a Section 7216 consent naming you. After that, I share returns, projections, and notes through my secure client portal or other encrypted channels.

Can we meet together with our client?

Yes. I’m glad to join planning or review meetings by Zoom or phone when tax is on the agenda, so your client hears one coordinated plan.

What does coordination cost my client?

Basic coordination, like sharing a projection or answering your questions, is included in the Advisory Package. Deeper involvement, or coordination for Filing Only clients, is scoped and priced up front, so there are no surprises for your client.

How do I introduce a client?

Whichever way is easiest for you and your client. Send them to my contact page to book a free discovery call, or email us both at once at levi@strongholdtax.com and I’ll take it from there. If we haven’t met yet, you’re welcome to schedule a 20-minute intro call with me first. Once your client signs on, I’ll send the consent form so we can start working together.

Have a client who needs a tax advisor?

Start with a 20-minute intro call to see how I work and how we would coordinate, or email me with any questions about working together.
